2017 Annual Conference Speaker Submission Form




Thank you for your interest in speaking at the 2017 HRPA Conference. We appreciate your time in providing us with detailed information so our Committee can best evaluate your submission(s). Please limit the number of submissions to three.

Submission review is occurring now! Please get your submissions in well before the deadline to be considered. The deadline for Speaking at the Annual Conference this year is April 8, 2016. We will not accept or review any new submissions after this date.

* Vendor-neutral content:
Your presentation may not contain "sales pitches" or sales-oriented material. Although positive exposure is generally a natural side-effect of presenting at the conference , your session must focus entirely (with the exception of a brief, "non-salesy" mention of the solution employed, if relevant) on substantive content that the audience can implement and benefit from without necessarily buying a particular product or professional service.

* Presentation Materials:
It is mandatory that all selected Annual Conference speakers submit their Power Point presentations by the deadline date shown in the speaker contract that will be sent to them by the HRPA.

Speakers may submit material for pre–conference download and/or may bring handouts to their session but HRPA does not provide photocopying services. Speakers who wish to have handouts at their session must bring sufficient copies for all their session delegates.
